By using AI Text to Song, you agree to these Terms and any product policies shown in the application.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and promptly update it when it changes.

Credits, subscriptions, and billing

AI Text to Song may use subscriptions, credit packs, usage-based credits, or promotional credits to price generation and related actions.

Credit costs may vary by model, capability, quality level, and output type. Displayed credit costs should be reviewed before submitting a job.

Inputs and generated output

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, settings, and other content you submit.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publication, commercial use, or distribution.

Third-party AI systems may produce unexpected, inaccurate, similar, or unsuitable results, and outputs may depend on provider availability and model behavior.

Generated output ownership

The output AI Text to Song generates from your input is yours to use — including for commercial purposes. We claim no ownership over the output you generate.

Third-party AI engine

Output is produced by third-party AI models accessed through our gateway. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to upstream interruptions, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular quality, accuracy, or fitness of the generated output.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, spam, security attacks, rights infringement, impersonation, deceptive activity, or content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that create risk for the service, other users, providers, or payment systems.

Liability

AI Text to Song is provided as available and without guarantees that every generation will complete, meet expectations, or remain available indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
